Christmas Eve with BOTH families! :)

A Christmas post?! Yes, I am a little behind, mainly due to our trip to St. Lucia (pics to come), but how could I miss posting pics of Camryn's first Christmas? :)

Well, this Christmas Eve was extra special, and not only because it was Camryn's first, but also because we had both of our families together. Everyone except for Josh's sister, Bethany, and her family. :(

We had planned on attending the Christmas Eve service at our church, and even thought we were in the middle of an "Arctic Blast" (as the news was calling it :), we decided to not let that stop us. Unfortunately, Josh had to work Christmas Eve, so he could have off Christmas Day, so he didn't make it until the very end of the service during the candelighting. I'm so glad that he didn't miss it though, it was such an amazing sight to see. A pitch black auditorium, except for the thousands of candles shinning brightly as we sang songs, declaring and praising our Lord and Savior. So cool!

So, after the service, we came back to our house for our traditional Mexican Fiesta (Chicken Enchiladas and ALL the fixings) and of course some visiting. :) It was so fun to have BOTH of our families together. We are so thankful that they were willing to brave the weather and not miss this opportunity to be together, even though it took them twice as long to get home. :) Thanks guys, it meant a lot.

Camryn's ornament. Ever since Josh and I were married, we've always given each other an ornament for Christmas, representing that year. Of course, Camryn gets to join in on the fun now.
