Lots of fun!

This past weekend, we traveled to see our sweet friends, Jeremy, Melodie, Holden and Paxton. If you remember, we visit them once a year and they come to visit us once a year. Love our tradition. :) Well, this time, we only had to drive across the metroplex. Yea! They moved late last year, and although they live much closer, it's still tough to carve out quality time with jobs, kids and just life in general. So, we thought we'd continue with the tradition, no matter where we're living. :) We had such a wonderful time with these sweet friends. Lots of laughs, lots of playing with the kids, lots of yummy food (love your brisket tacos Melodie :), lots of playing golf in the rain (nothing will stop those boys), lots of shopping, lots of marble playing and lots of good conversations. And by good conversations, I mean those open and honest ones. Like talks about poop, pee and nakedness. :) No seriously, we are so grateful for them and are truly blessed to call them our friends. They are the essence of true friends, always there, loving and supporting us, and I know we will remain close through the years.
