Here's a quick peak into our Valentine's Day weekend.
On Saturday night, Nana & Grandpa (Josh's parents), came over to watch Camryn so Josh and I could go out on a Valentine's Date. We went to dinner at Uncle Julio's and then to the movies to see "Valentine's Day". It was such a cute movie. Loved it! Thanks again, Matt & Jana, for watching Camryn for us. She told us that she had a great time. :)
Then, on Valentine's Day we went to church and just enjoyed the rest of the day together as a family.
Here's a few pics from our fun day.

Cherry Pie I made Josh
Camryn opening her gifts from us and Mimi & Poppa
And here are the Valentine's Camryn gave to her playgroup friends. The yummy treats were obviously for the mommies. :)
John 15:13 says that "greater love has no one than this, that [Jesus] lay down his life for his friends."
To me, this is the true meaning of Valentine's Day. How abundantly the Lord loves each and every one of us and what he calls us to do with that love. To share it and proclaim him as the almighty. I hope and pray that each of you knows the amazing, overwhelming, awe inspiring love of the Lord Jesus Christ and that you share it with others.
Happy Valentine's Day from our family to yours!
